BAPRAS is launching a new two-day Subspecialty Education Meeting on 26–27 March 2026 in Leicester, designed for plastic surgeons at all career stages. The programme will provide an overview of the full breadth of plastic surgery, combining subspecialty presentations with practical, discussion‑based learning.
Across the two days, delegates will have the opportunity to join themed workshops and discussion groups, alongside consultant and fellowship interview practice sessions tailored to ST6–8 trainees. Registration will open in January, when attendees will be able to indicate their preferences for workshop and discussion group attendance.

How the day works:
On 26 March, delegates have the opportunity either attend either 3 workshops or attend 2 workshops & a 1-to-1 Fellowships Advice Session on a subspeciality topic of interest.
Workshop allocation
Workshop places are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis (in order of registration).
We will aim to allocate sessions with minimal or no overlap wherever possible.

Delegates must submit their preferences via the registration form by ranking the available workshops in order of attendance preference.

Delegates can book accommodation for a discounted rate at the Voco Hotel close to the venue. This will be available only until 12 February.

Hotel Parking:
Please note, Voco Hotel has limited onsite parking available, and so if any parking is required this needs to be prebooked. There is an additional charge for this - £20.00 - per space.
There are several Offsite parking spaces at the Leicester Tigers Crumbie car park with an additional charge of £15.00 per space.
If parking is required, please let the hotel know who can advise on availability.
