As part of our commitment to sustainability & legacy, BAPRAS 2025 are supporting a local Belfast initiative called Changing The Menu. For Good. This initiative raises funds and supplies for the most vulnerable people in Belfast communities. The money & supplies raised will be donated to People’s Kitchen Belfast, a local foodbank and homeless charity, to help those experiencing food insecurity & homelessness in Belfast.
How to get involved
- Bring a donation to the registration desk during the event. All supplies will be donated to a local food bank and homeless charity at the end of the conference.
- New socks and underwear (adult). Clean underwear and dry socks are given out to people experiencing homelessness during outreach work across the city
- Travel size toiletries. These are better than large bottles as people experiencing homelessness are unable to store larger bottles
- Tins (soup, beans etc). These are made into food parcels and given out to families in Belfast experiencing food insecurity
