Surgical Skills for Aspiring & Junior Plastic Surgeons - April 2024

Event description: 

Now in its 6th year this 1 day course teaches specific surgical skills to aspiring and junior Plastic Surgery trainees to provide a solid foundation for future development. Designed for the management of wounds in the ED and Minor Operation lists.

Developed by an experienced ED consultant (with 40 years of Surgery and EM), a Plastics Consultant and a senior Plastic Trainee (who remembers what it was like in the beginning), all of whom also teach on the RCS Surgical Skills course.

Target audience: 
Aspiring and Junior Plastic surgeons and would also be suitable for surgical trainees in maxillofacial, ENT and general surgery, who wish an insight into basic plastic surgical techniques.
