Main duties of the job

• To enable the delivery of a comprehensive series of webinars delivered by leaders in the field, covering the breadth of the curriculum. 
• To provide effective educational leadership within the specialty.
• To provide leadership and direction with respect to the quality of education and training.  
• To work collaboratively with other NOTPDs and others to support development of content in shared curricular areas.
• To capture innovation and develop and deliver ‘best practice’. 
• To be an advocate and a positive role model on behalf of NHSE, by promoting leadership that inspires, motivates and empowers all staff, and demonstrating the values of the NHS.
