Four awards of £600.00 are usually offered annually by the Association towards expenses for a consultant or trainee for overseas travel to present papers at international meetings.  The closing date for submission of applications is 31st December annually.   

In 2008 an award was made to Dr T J Cahill to present a paper at the 40th Annual Meeting of the American Burn Association in Chicago on 29 April - 2 May 2008.
