Facial Transplantation
The Association has released a press briefing on Wednesday 30 November 2005 in response to news of the partial face transplant performed in France.  The press release is attached as pdf file.

The Changing Face of Plastic Surgery
The Association has released a press briefing on Monday, 3 July 2006 announcing a name change from "British Association of Plastic Surgeons" to "British Association of Plastic, Reconsonctructive and Aesthetic Surgeons".  The name change has taken effect on 11 July 2006.  The press release is attached as pdf file.

BAPRAS Urges The Government Not To Scrap The Regulation Of Laser Treatment
